Kansas City & Vicinity Full Employment Council
The Full Employment Council is a business-led private, non-profit corporation whose mission is to obtain public and private sector employment for the unemployed and the underemployed residents of the Greater Kansas City area.

The Full Employment Council (FEC) works to secure employment for the unemployed and underemployed in the Greater Kansas City area. This initiative is supported by a collaboration with local businesses, government units, educational institutions, labor groups, and community organizations to meet regional employer needs and reduce unemployment and public dependency.
The FEC focuses on key sectors such as Business and Finance, Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare, Information Technology, and Logistics and Warehouse, linking job seekers with opportunities and businesses with qualified personnel.
Services provided by the FEC include priority access to local employers, debt-free training for eligible individuals, supportive services, and ongoing assistance. For employers, the FEC offers access to well-trained employees, hiring support, and screening tools.
The FEC serves Cass, Clay, Jackson, Platte, and Ray Counties, striving to connect people with opportunities and businesses with the people ready to fill those opportunities.
